Russian concrete batching plant
In 2018, Henan Hengyuan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation with Russian customers and customized a set of advanced concrete batching stations for them. The project aims to meet the customer’s growing construction needs and improve its production efficiency.
Project launch
At the beginning of the project, Henan Hengyuan conducted in-depth technical exchanges and demand analysis with Russian customers. The customer is a large construction company with high requirements for the production capacity and stability of the equipment. Henan Hengyuan provided a detailed equipment design plan based on the specific needs of the customer and was recognized by the customer.
Production and customization
During the production process, Henan Hengyuan strictly follows international quality standards, and every link from raw material procurement to equipment manufacturing has undergone strict quality inspections. Due to the special climatic conditions in Russia, Henan Hengyuan specially designed the equipment for cold protection to ensure that it can operate stably in low temperature environments.
Transportation and installation
After the equipment was produced, Henan Hengyuan arranged a professional logistics team for transportation and sent an experienced technical team to Russia for on-site installation. During the installation process, the team overcame language barriers and the impact of bad weather to ensure the smooth progress of the installation work.
Commissioning and training
After the equipment was installed, the technical team conducted a comprehensive commissioning of the equipment and successfully achieved the designed capacity. At the same time, the technical team also conducted detailed operation and maintenance training for the customer’s technical personnel to ensure that the customer can independently operate and maintain the equipment.
