Diesel Engine Driven Concrete Mixing Pump
A diesel engine driven concrete mixing pump is a mechanical device that combines concrete mixing and pumping functions, and is mainly powered by a diesel engine. It is widely used in construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, etc., and is especially suitable for construction sites that lack power supply or need to be frequently moved. A diesel engine driven concrete mixer pump can independently complete the mixing and delivery tasks of concrete, and has strong adaptability and reliability.

Product Structure
The machine is mainly composed of the following components:
Diesel engine: provides the main power to drive the mixing device and pumping system.
Mixing device: includes mixing drum, mixing blades, etc., which are used to mix raw materials such as cement, sand, and gravel into uniform concrete.
Pumping system: mainly composed of pump body, piston (or screw), conveying pipeline, etc., responsible for delivering the mixed concrete to the designated location.
Fuel system: includes fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, etc., to provide fuel for the diesel engine.
Cooling system: includes radiator, fan, water pump, etc., used to cool the diesel engine and prevent overheating.
Control system: includes control panel, sensor, etc., used to monitor and adjust the mixing and pumping process.
Chassis and running gear: Support the entire equipment and provide mobile functions for easy transfer between different construction sites.
Feed and discharge port: The feed port is used to add raw materials, and the discharge port is used to output the mixed concrete.
Working principle
Raw materials such as cement, sand, and gravel are added to the mixing drum through the feed port, and the diesel engine drives the mixing blades to rotate to mix the raw materials into uniform concrete. The mixed concrete enters the pump body, and the diesel engine drives the piston (or screw) to reciprocate (or rotate) to transport the concrete to the designated location through the conveying pipe. The sensor monitors various parameters in the mixing and pumping process in real time, such as mixing speed, pumping pressure, etc. The control system adjusts according to these parameters to ensure stable operation of the equipment. The fuel system provides fuel for the diesel engine, and the cooling system prevents the engine from overheating, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Product Advantages
Strong power: The diesel engine provides strong power output, which can meet the needs of high-intensity and long-term work, and is particularly suitable for large-scale construction projects.
Strong adaptability: It does not need to rely on external power supply, and can work independently in remote areas or construction sites with lack of power supply, and has strong adaptability.
Good mobility: The chassis and running gear enable it to be quickly transferred between different construction sites, which is particularly suitable for construction sites that need to be frequently moved.
High reliability: The diesel engine has a simple structure, strong durability, low failure rate, and can operate stably in harsh environments.
Convenient maintenance: The diesel engine and its related systems are easy to maintain and maintain, and the parts are easy to disassemble and replace, with low maintenance costs.
Fuel economy: The diesel engine has high fuel efficiency, which can reduce fuel consumption while ensuring power and save construction costs.
Improved environmental protection: Modern diesel engine-driven concrete mixing pumps are usually equipped with advanced emission control technology, which reduces exhaust emissions and is more environmentally friendly.
Versatility: In addition to mixing and pumping concrete, other functional modules such as spraying and grouting can be equipped as needed to achieve multiple uses of one machine.
