Structure
First, the mixing system ensures concrete quality and uniformity.
The mixing drum holds the concrete materials and adopts a twin-shaft structure with a wear-resistant internal lining to withstand long-term operation.
At the same time, the twin-shaft mixing device uses two parallel mixing shafts equipped with mixing blades. These shafts rotate synchronously through a gear or chain transmission system, actively driving materials to achieve thorough and uniform mixing.
Next, the conveying system enables continuous concrete transportation.
The concrete pump, which includes the pumping cylinder, piston, and distribution valve, relies on a hydraulic system to convey the mixed concrete smoothly to the designated location.

Working principle
First, the feeding device delivers raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and water into the mixing drum. Next, the twin-shaft mixing system starts rotating, and the mixing blades actively blend the materials to produce uniform concrete. At the same time, the mixer continues stirring the concrete inside the drum to maintain consistent quality and good fluidity.
Then, the mixed concrete flows through the delivery pipe into the pumping cylinder. Meanwhile, the hydraulic system drives the piston to move back and forth, pushing the concrete into the distribution valve. Finally, the distribution valve directs the concrete into the delivery pipeline and transports it smoothly to the designated location.
