Product Structure
Drum: The drum is the main part of the mixer, usually cylindrical or conical, with mixing blades or arms inside. The material of the drum is generally wear-resistant steel plate to ensure its durability.
Mixing blades/mixing arms: installed inside the drum, used to mix concrete materials. The shape and number of blades or arms vary according to the design of the mixer.
Driving device: including motor, reducer and transmission device, used to drive the drum to rotate. The motor provides power, the reducer adjusts the speed, and the transmission device transmits power to the drum.
Frame: The structure that supports the entire mixer, usually welded from steel, with sufficient strength and stability.
Feeding port and discharging port: The feeding port is used to add concrete materials, and the discharging port is used to discharge the mixed concrete.
Control system: used to control the start, stop, speed adjustment and other operations of the mixer.
Working principle
Add concrete materials such as cement, sand, gravel, water, etc. into the drum through the feeding port. Start the motor and the drum starts to rotate. The rotation of the drum drives the mixing blades or the mixing arm to move, so that the concrete material is constantly turned and mixed in the drum. Due to the action of gravity and the mixing blades, the material forms convection in the drum, thereby achieving uniform mixing. After the mixing is completed, stop the drum rotation, open the discharge port, and discharge the mixed concrete.
