Working principle
Raw materials such as soil, sand, stone, cement, lime, etc. are stored in their respective silos. According to the requirements of the project, the weight of various raw materials is accurately weighed by a weighing device, and they are transported to the mixer through a conveying device. In the mixer, various raw materials are fully mixed under the action of the mixing blades to form uniform stabilized soil. At the same time, the water supply system injects an appropriate amount of water into the mixer as needed. The mixed stabilized soil is transported to a designated location such as a transport vehicle or storage site by a belt conveyor or elevator. The dust generated during the production process is collected and processed by a dust removal system to reduce pollution to the environment.
