Product Structure
HZS90 concrete batching plant is mainly composed of batching system, mixing system, conveying system, metering system and electrical control system. Its core mixing host usually adopts JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer to ensure high quality and high efficiency of concrete mixing.

Working principle
The working principle of HZS90 concrete batching plant can be divided into the following steps:
Batching and metering: Aggregates, cement, water and admixtures are accurately metered through their respective batching systems to ensure the accuracy of concrete proportions.
Conveying and loading: Aggregates are fed into the mixer through a belt conveyor, cement is transported through a screw conveyor, and water and admixtures are injected through a pipe system.
Mixing: The twin shafts in the mixer rotate in opposite directions, driving the mixing blades to fully mix the materials to ensure the uniformity of the concrete.
Unloading: After mixing, the concrete is discharged through the unloading door, with a discharge height of 3.8 meters, and can be directly loaded into a transport vehicle or construction equipment.
Control and monitoring: The electrical control system automatically manages the entire production process, and the operator can monitor the equipment operation status in real time through the control panel.
