Product Structure
The YHZM35 mobile concrete batching plant is a fully automatic concrete production equipment that integrates material storage, weighing, mixing, conveying and unloading. The equipment uses JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer to ensure high concrete mixing quality and high efficiency.
The main structure of the YHZM35 mobile concrete mixing station includes the following parts:
Mixing system
Main machine model: JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer, capacity 750 liters, good mixing quality and low energy consumption.
Drive motor: power is 30kW, equipped with a reducer and automatic oil injection device to ensure efficient operation.
Batching system
Aggregate batching machine: PLD1200 batching machine, weighing range 0-1200kg, accuracy ±2%.
Powder metering: Cement, fly ash, etc. use independent metering buckets with an accuracy of ±1%.
Conveying system
Aggregate conveying: trough belt conveyor, bandwidth 650mm, with sweeper to reduce failure rate.
Powder conveying: screw conveyor (Φ273mm), high conveying efficiency and low energy consumption.
Control system
Automation control: PLC control system is adopted, supporting dynamic panel display, fault diagnosis and remote monitoring, with automatic weighing, weighing and alarm functions.
Auxiliary facilities
Cement silo: 1×100 ton independent silo, equipped with arch breaking device and dust collector.
Operation room: integrated air conditioning, industrial computer and printer, supporting data management and real-time monitoring.
Working principle
The workflow of the YHZM35 mobile concrete batching plant is divided into five stages
Batching and metering: Aggregates, cement, water and admixtures are weighed by high-precision sensors to ensure that the ratio error is ≤2% (aggregates) and ≤1% (powder, water).
Conveying and loading: Aggregates are transported to the mixing host by a belt conveyor, powders are injected by a screw machine, and water and admixtures are quantitatively added by the pipeline system.
Mixing: The twin shafts rotate in opposite directions to force the mixing of materials, with short mixing time and high uniformity.
Unloading: The mixed concrete is discharged through the unloading door (unloading height 3.8 meters) and directly loaded into the transport vehicle or construction equipment.
Control and monitoring: The control system adjusts production parameters in real time, and realizes data sharing and remote diagnosis through the network version software.
