HBTS40 diesel engine powered concrete pump is a mining concrete conveying equipment with a theoretical conveying capacity of 40-72m³/h. It is suitable for construction environments without power grid power supply, such as mines, water conservancy projects, bridges and tunnels. It is driven by a diesel engine (power 66kW), with a maximum conveying pressure of 8-10MPa, a horizontal conveying distance of 650-1200 meters, and a vertical conveying height of 120-320 meters.

Working principle
The working process of HBTS40 diesel engine powered concrete pump is as follows:
Feeding: Concrete enters the pumping system through the hopper.
Pumping: The hydraulic system drives the delivery cylinder to reciprocate and push the concrete to the delivery pipeline.
Distribution: The S-tube valve switches direction to ensure that the concrete is continuously delivered to the pouring point.
Control: The PLC system monitors the pumping pressure, flow and other parameters in real time, and automatically adjusts the hydraulic system to maintain the best working condition.
