Working principle
The working process of HBTS50 diesel engine powered concrete pump is as follows:
Power transmission path
Diesel engine → transfer case → hydraulic pump group → actuator cylinder
Pumping work cycle
Suction stage: the delivery cylinder retreats to form negative pressure to suck concrete
Discharge stage: the delivery cylinder moves forward to push the concrete out through the S pipe
Reversal process: the hydraulic pilot valve automatically switches the oil circuit direction
