HBTS60 diesel engine powered concrete is an engineering machinery equipment designed for complex construction scenarios without power grid power supply. The theoretical conveying capacity is 60m³/h and the maximum conveying pressure is 16-22MPa. The equipment adopts National III/National IV standard diesel engine, which is suitable for high-difficulty projects such as super high-rise buildings, cross-sea bridges, and mine tunnels. Working principle
The working process of HBTS60 diesel engine powered concrete pump is as follows:
Power transmission chain
Diesel engine → transfer case → hydraulic pump group → main cylinder → concrete push
Pumping cycle process
Suction: The main cylinder retracts to form negative pressure, and the concrete is sucked into the delivery cylinder. Vacuum monitoring system.
Push: The main cylinder extends, and the concrete enters the delivery pipe through the S valve. Pressure adaptive control.
Reversing: The hydraulic pilot valve automatically switches the direction of the oil circuit, and the buffer reversing technology.
Intelligent control mechanism
Constant power control: Automatically adjust the displacement according to the delivery pressure (0-100% stepless speed change).
Fault self-diagnosis: 32 fault code libraries, supporting real-time warning and historical tracing.
Remote interaction: Optional 4G module to achieve cloud data management.
