Working process of Cement Silo
Loading: Cement is transported to the cement silo by bulk cement trucks, and cement is transported into the silo by gas pressure.
Storage: Cement is stored in the silo, and the height of the material in the silo is monitored by a level meter.
Dust removal: The dust collector on the top of the silo absorbs suspended particles to prevent dust leakage
Unloading: When it is necessary to discharge the material, open the manual unloading valve at the bottom of the cone and transport the cement to the mixer or other equipment through a screw conveyor.

Silo steel structure: The entire silo is welded by steel structure, and the bottom is supported by four round tube legs.
Ladder and guardrail: convenient for workers to maintain and operate.
Feeding pipe: used to transport bulk cement into the silo.
Dust collector: installed on the top of the silo, used to absorb suspended particles in the silo to reduce pollution to the surrounding environment.
Pressure safety valve: When the pressure in the silo rises rapidly or the silo is blocked, the safety valve can release the pressure in time to ensure safety.
High and low level meter: used to sense the storage height of the material in the silo, so that the operator can grasp the use of the material in the silo.
