Product Structure
The structure of horizontal cement silo mainly includes the following parts:
Silo: The silo is the main part of the horizontal cement silo, usually in a horizontal cylindrical or elliptical shape, welded from steel plates. Reinforcement ribs are provided inside the silo to improve its strength and stability. Feed and discharge ports are provided at both ends of the silo for receiving and discharging materials.
Support structure: The support structure of the horizontal cement silo usually includes legs and foundation. The legs can be fixed or adjustable to support the silo and maintain its stability.

Working principle
The material enters the silo through the feed port. The feeding process can be achieved through pneumatic conveying, screw conveyors or elevators. After the material enters the silo, it naturally accumulates under the action of gravity. The space inside the silo is used to store materials, and the storage capacity is determined by the silo volume and material density. When the material needs to be discharged, the discharge device (such as a butterfly valve) is opened, and the material is discharged from the discharge port under the action of gravity. In order to prevent the material from arching and affecting the discharge, the arch breaking device will be started regularly or as needed to destroy the arch of the material. During the feeding and discharging process, the dust removal system will continue to work to remove dust in the silo to ensure the fluidity of the material and the air quality.
