Product Structure
The concrete mixing pump with batching machine mainly consists of the following parts:
Batching system:Batching machine: used to automatically measure various concrete raw materials, usually including multiple silos (such as cement silos, sand silos, gravel silos, etc.) and weighing devices.
Conveying device: convey the measured raw materials to the mixer, usually using a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor.

Working principle
Various raw materials (cement, sand, gravel, water, etc.) enter the batching machine through the feeding hopper and feeding conveyor belt. The batching machine automatically measures various raw materials according to the preset ratio, and conveys the measured raw materials to the mixer through the conveying device. The mixer starts to rotate, and the mixing blades and mixing arms fully mix the incoming raw materials to form uniform concrete. The mixed concrete enters the pumping cylinder through the conveying pipe. The hydraulic system drives the piston to reciprocate and pushes the concrete into the distribution valve. The distribution valve distributes the concrete into the conveying pipe and transports it to the designated location through the pipe.
