The machine mainly consists of the following key components:

Diesel engine:

Working principle

Next, the mixed concrete flows into the pump body. Driven by the diesel engine, the piston (or screw mechanism) reciprocates or rotates to push the concrete through the conveying pipeline and deliver it to the designated location.

Meanwhile, sensors monitor key operating parameters in real time, including mixing speed and pumping pressure. Based on this feedback, the control system automatically adjusts operating conditions to ensure stable and efficient performance.

Throughout the entire process, the fuel system supplies sufficient fuel to the diesel engine, while the cooling system effectively dissipates heat and prevents overheating. Together, these systems ensure long-term, reliable, and stable operation of the equipment.
