Diesel Engine Driven Concrete Pump
A diesel engine driven concrete pump is a construction machine that uses a diesel engine to pump concrete from a mixing plant to a construction site. It is widely used in large projects such as buildings, bridges, and tunnels. Especially in remote areas where power supply is unstable or lacking. Diesel concrete pumps are an ideal choice for construction because of their independence and flexibility.

Product Structure
The diesel engine driven concrete pump is mainly composed of the following parts。
Diesel engine: As a power source, the diesel engine provides power by burning diesel. Usually with a four-cylinder or six-cylinder structure, with greater power and durability.
Pumping system:
Hopper: used to receive the mixed concrete, usually designed with a large capacity for storage and feeding of concrete.
Piston pump or gear pump: The core of the concrete pump, usually a reciprocating piston pump or gear pump structure. Sucks concrete from the hopper and releases it into the delivery pipeline.
Transmission system: The power of the diesel engine is transmitted to the pumping system through the transmission device. Usually including a gearbox and related transmission devices.
Control system: including electronic control and mechanical control, which can adjust the speed of the diesel engine, pumping pressure and concrete flow rate and other parameters.
Emission and cooling system: used to control the exhaust emissions of the diesel engine and ensure that its temperature during operation is kept in a suitable range to prevent the equipment from overheating.
Working principle
After the diesel engine is started, the mixed concrete flows into the hopper by gravity. The pumping system is driven by the transmission system. The reciprocating motion of the piston creates a pressure difference, which causes the concrete to be sucked in and discharged from the pump chamber. When the piston moves backward, the concrete is sucked in; when it moves forward, the concrete is compressed and sent out through the pipeline. It is sent to the construction site through the delivery pipeline.
Product Advantages
High power and high efficiency: Diesel engines usually have a large output power, which can effectively promote the transportation of large amounts of concrete and are suitable for large-scale or long-distance construction.
Independence: Diesel engine-driven concrete pumps do not need to rely on external power supplies, and are suitable for operation in remote areas with poor power conditions, greatly improving the flexibility of construction.
Strong adaptability: In various complex environments and harsh weather conditions, diesel engines show good reliability and ensure the stability of the pumping process.
Simple maintenance: Diesel engines have a simple structure and are easy to maintain and maintain, which is suitable for large-scale and long-term construction needs.
Excellent concrete delivery capacity: Diesel engine-driven concrete pumps can usually achieve high-flow and high-pressure concrete delivery to meet the construction needs of different projects.
High durability: Diesel engines are usually made of wear-resistant materials, with a high working life and durability, suitable for high-intensity long-term operation.
