Structure
The stationary dry mix concrete batching plant mainly consists of the following parts:
Storage system:
Storage silo: used to store various raw materials, such as cement, sand, gravel, fly ash, etc. Storage silos usually adopt a closed design to prevent dust pollution.

Working principle
The production process begins as we store various raw materials separately in dedicated bins. Based on a preset ratio, an electronic scale first accurately weighs each material. After this, a conveying system transports the weighed materials to the mixer. Inside the mixer, the equipment rapidly and evenly blends all components within a set timeframe, which produces consistent dry-mixed mortar or concrete. Next, an automated packaging machine packs the mixed product. Finally, workers transport it to a designated location for storage or dispatch.
