The proportioned materials are first transported via the batching machine into the mixer for thorough blending. Once mixed, the concrete is then conveyed directly to the trailer pump for the next stage.
When the trailer pump is activated, the concrete enters through the hopper into the injection port. It is immediately pushed backward by the screw conveyor mounted on the volumetric hopper.
Simultaneously, the concrete conveying cylinder applies pressure, forcing the concrete into the outlet pipe. This rapid pressure differential enables efficient pumping, thereby completing the transfer from the mixing station directly to the construction site.
