Product Structure
The motor-driven concrete mixer pump is mainly composed of the following components:
Motor: Provides power to drive the mixing device and pumping system.

Working principle
Raw materials such as cement, sand, and gravel are added to the mixing drum through the feed port, and the motor drives the mixing blades to rotate to mix the raw materials into uniform concrete. The mixed concrete enters the pump body, and the motor drives the piston (or screw) to reciprocate (or rotate) to transport the concrete to the designated location through the conveying pipe. The sensor monitors various parameters in the mixing and pumping process in real time, such as mixing speed, pumping pressure, etc. The control system adjusts according to these parameters to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
