HBT60 Electric Concrete Pump
The HBT60 electric concrete pump is a towed concrete pump powered by a 90 kW three-phase asynchronous motor, delivering stable and efficient performance. It provides a maximum delivery pressure of 13–16 MPa, making it suitable for medium- and long-distance concrete pumping, with a horizontal delivery range of 780–880 meters and a vertical delivery height of 115–145 meters.
Thanks to its electric drive, the pump operates with low noise, zero emissions, and high stability. As a result, it is widely used in high-rise construction, tunnel lining, and bridge projects, and is especially well suited for urban job sites and projects with strict environmental protection requirements.

Structure
First, the power system adopts a 90 kW three-phase asynchronous motor, which delivers strong output while maintaining low vibration, low noise, and high energy efficiency. At the same time, the constant-power variable piston hydraulic pump from Kawasaki automatically adjusts displacement based on delivery pressure, further improving energy efficiency.
Next, the pumping system features an S-tube distribution valve with a hard-alloy eyeglass plate and floating cutting ring. This design provides excellent sealing, enables automatic wear compensation, and extends service life. In addition, the delivery cylinders (Ø200 mm, stroke 1400–1862 mm) ensure smooth, continuous, and stable concrete delivery.
Meanwhile, the control system uses PLC intelligent control with electrical components from brands such as Schneider and Omron. It supports real-time monitoring, fault self-diagnosis, and automatic protection, improving safety and operational efficiency. The automatic centralized lubrication system further reduces manual maintenance requirements.
Finally, the auxiliary systems enhance usability and durability. The 0.8 m³ hopper is optimized for easy suction and cleaning, while the large-capacity cooling system effectively lowers hydraulic oil temperature and extends the service life of key components.
Working principle
The working process of the HBT60 electric concrete pump operates as follows:
First, feeding: Concrete flows smoothly into the pumping system through the hopper, ensuring a continuous material supply.
Next, pumping: The hydraulic system actively drives the delivery cylinders to reciprocate, generating stable pressure that pushes the concrete into the delivery pipeline.
Then, distribution: The S-tube valve switches direction accurately, guiding the concrete continuously and evenly toward the pouring point.
Finally, control: The PLC control system monitors pumping pressure, flow rate, and other key parameters in real time and automatically adjusts the hydraulic system to keep the pump operating under optimal conditions.
Product Advantages
High efficiency and energy saving
The constant-power hydraulic system automatically adjusts displacement according to load, effectively reducing energy consumption. In addition, the motor-driven design lowers operating costs and eliminates exhaust emissions compared with diesel-powered pumps.
Stable and reliable operation
The S-tube valve structure provides excellent sealing, minimizes concrete leakage, and extends the service life of wear parts. At the same time, hard-alloy eyeglass plates and cutting rings significantly enhance durability.
Intelligent control
The PLC automation system reduces manual intervention, supports fault self-diagnosis, and improves overall construction efficiency. Some models also offer remote monitoring, making equipment management more convenient.
Environmental protection and low noise
Powered by an electric motor, the pump operates at noise levels below 75 dB, making it ideal for urban or night construction. Moreover, zero exhaust emissions ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and allow use in indoor or enclosed spaces.
Convenient maintenance
The modular design allows quick replacement of key components, minimizing downtime. In addition, the automatic lubrication system reduces maintenance frequency and enhances long-term equipment reliability.
