HBT80 Electric Concrete Pump
The HBT80 electric concrete pump is a high-performance concrete delivery machine powered by an electric motor. It delivers a theoretical output of up to 80 m³/h, making it well suited for large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, bridges, and tunnels. Moreover, the pump supports dual working modes: in high-pressure mode, the maximum delivery pressure reaches 18 MPa, while in low-pressure mode, it operates at 9.2 MPa for high-volume conveying. As a result, it easily handles long-distance concrete pumping, with a horizontal delivery range of up to 1200 meters and a vertical delivery height of 320 meters.

Structure
The HBT80 electric concrete pump consists of several core systems that work together to ensure efficient and stable operation.
First, the power system uses a 110 kW three-phase asynchronous motor, which delivers strong output while maintaining low vibration, low noise, and high energy efficiency. At the same time, the constant-power variable piston hydraulic pump automatically adjusts displacement based on delivery pressure, further reducing energy consumption.
Next, the pumping system adopts an S-tube distribution valve with a hard-alloy eyeglass plate and floating cutting ring. This structure provides excellent sealing, enables automatic wear compensation, and extends service life. In addition, the delivery cylinders (Ø200 mm, 2100 mm stroke) ensure smooth, continuous, and stable concrete output.
Meanwhile, the control system relies on PLC intelligent control, using electrical components from brands such as Schneider and Omron. It supports real-time monitoring, fault self-diagnosis, and automatic protection, improving safety and operational efficiency. The automatic centralized lubrication system further reduces manual maintenance requirements.
Finally, the auxiliary systems enhance usability and durability. The 0.6 m³ hopper features an optimized design for easy suction and cleaning, while the large-capacity cooling system effectively lowers hydraulic oil temperature and extends the service life of key components.
Working principle
The working process of the HBT80 electric concrete pump operates as follows:
First, feeding: Concrete flows into the pumping system through the hopper, ensuring a continuous supply of material.
Next, pumping: The hydraulic system actively drives the delivery cylinders to reciprocate, generating strong pressure that pushes the concrete into the delivery pipeline.
Then, distribution: The S-tube valve switches direction smoothly, guiding the concrete continuously toward the pouring point without interruption.
Finally, control: The PLC control system monitors key parameters such as pumping pressure and flow rate in real time and automatically adjusts the hydraulic system to keep the pump operating under optimal conditions.
Product Advantages
High efficiency and energy saving
The constant-power hydraulic system automatically adjusts displacement according to load, effectively reducing energy consumption. In addition, high/low pressure switching allows the pump to operate in 18 MPa high-pressure mode for high-rise construction or 9.2 MPa low-pressure mode for large-volume delivery, flexibly meeting different project requirements.
Stable and reliable performance
The S-tube valve structure provides excellent sealing, minimizes concrete leakage, and extends the service life of wear parts. At the same time, hard-alloy eyeglass plates and cutting rings significantly enhance wear resistance and durability.
Intelligent control
The PLC automation system reduces manual intervention, supports fault self-diagnosis, and improves overall construction efficiency. Some models also enable remote monitoring, making equipment management more convenient.
Environmental protection and low noise
Powered by an electric motor, the pump operates at noise levels below 75 dB, making it suitable for urban or night construction. Moreover, zero exhaust emissions fully comply with environmental regulations and allow use in enclosed or indoor environments.
Convenient maintenance
The modular design allows quick replacement of key components, minimizing downtime. In addition, the automatic lubrication system reduces maintenance frequency and enhances long-term equipment reliability.
