HBT90 Electric Concrete Pump
HBT90 Electric Concrete Pump is a towed concrete pump driven by a 110–132 kW high-power electric motor, delivering a maximum pumping pressure of 16–22 MPa in high-pressure mode. It is suitable for long-distance and high-rise concrete conveying, with a horizontal delivery distance of up to 1,200 meters and a vertical height of 260–320 meters.
Featuring low noise, zero emissions, and stable operation, the HBT90 is ideal for urban construction and environmentally sensitive projects, and is widely used in high-rise buildings, municipal engineering, and power infrastructure construction.

Structure
The HBT90 electric concrete pump adopts a well-integrated design and consists of several core systems that work together to ensure stable and efficient operation.
First, the power system provides strong and reliable driving force. The pump uses a 110–132 kW three-phase asynchronous motor (380V), delivering high efficiency while maintaining low vibration and low noise. Meanwhile, a constant-power variable piston hydraulic pump (optional Rexroth or Kawasaki) automatically adjusts displacement according to delivery pressure, thereby improving overall energy efficiency.
Next, the pumping system ensures smooth and continuous concrete delivery. The pump employs an S-tube distribution valve with a carbide eyeglass plate and floating cutting ring, which offers excellent sealing performance, automatic wear compensation, and long service life. In addition, a Φ200 mm delivery cylinder with a 2100 mm stroke guarantees stable output and uninterrupted conveying.
In terms of control, the pump uses an intelligent PLC control system equipped with Schneider or Omron electrical components. This system supports remote monitoring, fault self-diagnosis, and automatic protection. At the same time, an automatic centralized lubrication system reduces manual maintenance and extends component lifespan.
Finally, the auxiliary systems further enhance reliability and ease of use. A 0.6–0.8 m³ hopper with an optimized structure ensures smooth suction and easy cleaning, while a large-capacity cooling system effectively controls hydraulic oil temperature and prolongs the service life of key components.
Working principle
First, feeding: Concrete flows into the pumping system through the hopper, ensuring continuous material supply.
Next, pumping: The hydraulic system actively drives the delivery cylinders to reciprocate, generating strong pressure that pushes the concrete into the delivery pipeline.
Then, distribution: The S-tube valve switches direction alternately, guiding the concrete smoothly and continuously to the pouring point without interruption.
Finally, control: The PLC control system monitors key parameters such as pumping pressure and flow rate in real time and automatically adjusts the hydraulic system to keep the pump operating under optimal conditions.
Product Advantages
High efficiency and energy saving
The constant-power hydraulic system automatically adjusts displacement according to load, effectively reducing energy consumption. Meanwhile, the pump supports high/low pressure switching: high-pressure mode (16–22 MPa) meets high-rise construction needs, while low-pressure mode (9.2 MPa) enables large-volume delivery, allowing flexible adaptation to different projects.
Stable and reliable operation
The S-tube valve structure ensures excellent sealing, reduces concrete leakage, and extends the service life of wearing parts. In addition, hard-alloy eyeglass plates and cutting rings significantly improve wear resistance and durability.
Intelligent control
The PLC automation system minimizes manual intervention, supports fault self-diagnosis, and enhances construction efficiency. Some models also enable remote monitoring, making equipment management more convenient.
Environmental protection and low noise
Powered by an electric motor, the pump operates with noise below 75 dB, making it suitable for urban or night construction. At the same time, zero exhaust emissions fully meet environmental protection requirements and allow use in enclosed spaces.
Convenient maintenance
The modular design allows quick replacement of key components, reducing downtime. Moreover, the automatic lubrication system lowers maintenance frequency and improves overall equipment reliability.
