Structure
YHZM drum mobile concrete batching station is mainly composed of aggregate/fly ash/cement/additive/water batching system, mixing system, conveying system, automatic control system, mobile frame, etc.
Working principle
First, the batching system feeds raw materials such as cement, sand, and aggregates according to the preset mix ratio. Next, the batching machine accurately weighs and measures each material before conveying the proportioned materials to the JZM concrete mixer.
Then, the mixer thoroughly blends the materials to produce uniform concrete. Finally, a belt conveyor or screw conveyor transfers the finished concrete to a mixer truck or concrete pump for on-site construction.
