The YHZM100 mobile concrete batching palnt adopts a trailer-type modular integrated design. It integrates storage, metering, mixing, unloading and control systems. It supports rapid installation and transfer (relocation can be completed within 24 hours at the fastest), with a theoretical productivity of 100 cubic meters per hour. It is widely used in engineering scenarios such as highways, bridges, water conservancy hubs and urban expressways.

YHZM100 mobile concrete mixing station consists of five core systems, taking into account efficiency and reliability:
Mixing system
Host model: JS2000 twin-shaft forced mixer.
Capacity: 2000 liters, mixing cycle ≤45 seconds.
Drive power: 2×37kW motor + hardened gear reducer, energy consumption reduced by 15%.

Working principle
The workflow of the YHZM100 mobile concrete batching plant is highly automated and fully intelligently controlled:
Precise batching:
Aggregates are weighed by the batching machine according to the proportion and transported to the mixing host by a belt conveyor.
Cement, water and admixtures are fed synchronously through an independent metering system.
Efficient mixing:
The twin shafts rotate in opposite directions at 32r/min, forcibly shearing the materials and completing uniform mixing within 45 seconds.
Quick unloading:
Concrete is discharged through a hydraulic unloading door with a discharge height of 4.5 meters, suitable for direct loading of a 12-cubic-meter mixer truck.
Cyclic operation:
The system automatically cleans and enters the next batch of production, supporting 24-hour continuous operation.
Intelligent monitoring:
The control center monitors the equipment status in real time, and abnormal conditions (such as motor overload, metering deviation) trigger alarms and shut down for protection.
