Structure

The YHZM35 mobile concrete batching plant integrates material storage, weighing, mixing, conveying, and unloading into a fully automatic concrete production system. By adopting a JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer, the plant delivers high mixing quality while maintaining efficient and stable operation.

Mixing System
The mixing system uses a JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer with a 750-liter capacity, which ensures uniform mixing quality and low energy consumption. Meanwhile, a 30 kW drive motor, combined with a reducer and an automatic lubrication device, guarantees smooth and reliable operation.

Batching System
The aggregate batching system adopts a PLD1200 batching machine with a weighing range of 0–1200 kg and an accuracy of ±2%. In addition, cement, fly ash, and other powders use independent metering hoppers, achieving weighing accuracy up to ±1%.

Conveying System
For aggregate conveying, the plant uses a trough belt conveyor with a 650 mm belt width. A built-in belt sweeper reduces material residue and lowers the failure rate.
At the same time, the powder conveying system adopts a Φ273 mm screw conveyor, which offers high conveying efficiency with low energy consumption.

Control System
The plant operates through a PLC-based automatic control system that supports dynamic panel display, fault diagnosis, and remote monitoring. Moreover, it enables automatic batching, weighing control, and alarm protection to ensure stable and safe operation.

Auxiliary Facilities
The system includes one independent 100-ton cement silo equipped with an arch-breaking device and dust collector to ensure smooth material flow and environmental compliance.
In addition, the integrated control room features air conditioning, an industrial computer, and a printer, supporting real-time monitoring and efficient data management.

Working principle

First, batching and metering ensure precise material proportions.
High-precision sensors weigh aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures, keeping ratio errors within ≤2% for aggregates and ≤1% for powders and water.

Next, conveying and loading transfer materials efficiently.
A belt conveyor delivers aggregates to the mixing unit, while a screw conveyor injects powders. Meanwhile, the pipeline system quantitatively adds water and admixtures.

Then, mixing guarantees concrete quality.
The twin mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions to forcibly blend the materials, achieving short mixing cycles and high uniformity.

After that, unloading completes the production process.
The discharge door opens to release concrete at a height of 3.8 meters, allowing direct loading into transport vehicles or construction equipment.

Finally, control and monitoring ensure stable operation.
The control system adjusts production parameters in real time and enables data sharing and remote diagnosis through network-based software.
