Product Structure
The YHZM50 mobile concrete batching plant adopts a trailer modular structure. It integrates storage, metering, mixing, unloading and other functions, and supports rapid installation and transportation. The equipment is equipped with a JS1000 twin-shaft forced mixer with a mixing capacity of 1,000 liters per unit. It is suitable for medium-sized infrastructure projects, commercial concrete production and prefabricated component manufacturing.

Working principle
The workflow of YHZM50 mobile concrete batching plant is divided into five steps
Precise batching:
Aggregates are weighed by the batching machine according to the set ratio and then transported to the mixing host by the belt conveyor.
Cement, water and admixtures are accurately fed through independent metering systems.
Efficient mixing:
The twin shafts rotate in opposite directions at 29r/min, forcibly shearing the materials and completing uniform mixing within 60 seconds.
Quick unloading:
The mixed concrete is discharged through the hydraulic unloading door, with a discharge height of 4.2 meters, suitable for direct material collection by the mixer truck.
Cyclic operation:
The system automatically enters the next batch of production, supports continuous operation, and seamlessly connects engineering needs.
Intelligent monitoring:
The control center collects data in real time, and abnormal conditions (such as overweight and blockage) trigger sound and light alarms and suspend the process.
