Structure
The YHZM75 mobile concrete batching plant features a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer (1.5 m³ capacity). This robust configuration makes it particularly suitable for high-intensity continuous operation, especially ideal for projects with tight schedules and scattered sites.
It integrates five core systems that balance efficiency with reliability:
1. Mixing System
At the core of the plant, a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer delivers a capacity of 1500 liters per cycle in ≤45 seconds. Driven by dual 30kW motors and a hardened gear reducer, this system reduces energy consumption by 12%. For durability, high-chromium alloy blades with tungsten carbide coating extend service life by 50%.
2. Batching System
For precise material proportioning, a PLD2400 four-bin aggregate batcher handles 0-2400kg per bin with ±2% accuracy, using pneumatic gates that open/close in ≤3 seconds. An anti-blocking vibration motor assists unloading, even for wet aggregates. Additionally, independent scales for cement and fly ash provide ±1% accuracy.
3. Water & Admixture System

4. Conveying System

5. Control & Auxiliary Systems
Orchestrating operations, an intelligent PLC+touch-screen control center supports multi-language interfaces, data logging/export, and remote 4G/WiFi monitoring for diagnostics and updates. Environmental modules—a ≥99.8% efficiency pulse dust collector (emissions ≤15mg/m³) and a 90% wastewater recovery system—ensure eco-friendly operation. Supporting infrastructure includes three 150-ton cement silos with level meters and arch-breakers, plus a sound-insulated, air-conditioned operation room with a printer and backup power.
Working principle
1. Precise Batching:
First, in the batching stage, the batching machine actively weighs aggregates according to the set proportion and transports them to the mixing host via a belt conveyor. Simultaneously, an independent metering system feeds cement, water, and admixtures synchronously.
2. Efficient Mixing:
Once all materials converge, the twin shafts in the mixer rotate in opposite directions at 32r/min. This action forcibly shears and blends the materials, completing a uniform mix within 45 seconds.
3. Quick Unloading:
After mixing, the system discharges the concrete through a hydraulic unloading door. With a discharge height of 4.5 meters, it is perfectly suited for direct loading into 12-cubic-meter mixer trucks.
4. Cyclic Operation:
Following discharge, the system automatically cleans itself and prepares for the next batch. This seamless cycle enables 24-hour continuous operation.
5. Intelligent Monitoring:
Throughout the entire process, the control center continuously monitors all equipment status. Should any abnormality occur (e.g., motor overload, metering deviation), the system triggers an alarm and initiates a protective shutdown.
