Henan Hengyuan developed the YHZS-3.8 twin-shaft mobile concrete batching plant as a new-generation mobile batching solution based on its proven mobile concrete batching plant technology. The complete unit adopts an integrated frame structure and pairs with a JS-series twin-shaft concrete mixer, ensuring stable and efficient mixing performance.

Structure
YHZS 3.8 mobile concrete batching station is mainly composed of aggregate/fly ash/cement/additive/water batching system, mixing system, conveying system, automatic control system, mobile frame, etc.
Working principle
First, the batching system feeds raw materials such as cement, sand, and aggregates according to the preset mix ratio. Next, the batching machine accurately weighs and measures each material before conveying the proportioned materials to the JS-series concrete mixer.
Then, the mixer thoroughly blends the materials to produce uniform concrete. Finally, the finished concrete discharges from a height of 3.8 meters and flows into the belt conveyor or mixing pump for coordinated operation.
Product Advantages
The batching plant adopts a fully automatic control system with a Siemens PLC, while key electrical components come from Schneider or CHNT to ensure stable and reliable operation. Moreover, users can customize both the control panel layout and system language to meet different market requirements.
For the mixing system, the plant equips a JS / SICOMA twin-shaft concrete mixer or a planetary mixer, which delivers high mixing efficiency and excellent concrete quality.
In addition, the equipment offers convenient transportation. After the initial installation, no further on-site installation is required, which significantly saves time and labor costs.
The foldable control room uses heat-resistant materials and integrates Midea or Gree air conditioners, ensuring a comfortable working environment under various climate conditions.
Furthermore, the batching machine provides flexible configurations with 2 or 4 aggregate storage bins. The cement silos feature a transportation-optimized design, allowing up to four sets to be loaded into one 40HQ container.
The equipment comes with an 18-month warranty for added reliability.
Finally, the entire system supports full customization, including the mixer type, batching machine, cement silo configuration, and exterior color, enabling it to meet diverse project needs.
