YHZS35 mobile concrete batching plant is equipped with JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer (single mixing capacity 750 liters). The equipment is mainly composed of five core systems, taking into account efficiency and reliability:

Working principle
First, precise batching ensures material accuracy.
The batching machine weighs aggregates according to the preset mix ratio and conveys them to the mixer via a belt conveyor. Meanwhile, cement, water, and admixtures feed synchronously through independent metering systems.
Next, efficient mixing guarantees concrete quality.
The twin mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions at 29 r/min, forcibly shearing and blending the materials to complete uniform mixing within 60 seconds.
Then, quick unloading improves loading efficiency.
The hydraulic discharge door opens smoothly to release concrete at a discharge height of 3.8 meters, allowing direct loading into an 8-cubic-meter mixer truck.
After that, cyclic operation enables continuous production.
The system automatically cleans the mixer and immediately starts the next batching cycle, supporting stable 24-hour operation.
Finally, intelligent monitoring ensures safe performance.
The control center monitors equipment status in real time, and in case of abnormalities—such as motor overload or metering deviation—the system triggers alarms and automatically shuts down for protection.
