Product Structure
The disc concrete mixer pump is mainly composed of the following parts:
Mixing system:
Mixing disc: The core component of the disc mixer pump, usually a circular or nearly circular disc structure, with multiple mixing blades on the disc. The mixing disc stirs the concrete by rotating.
Mixing arm: connected to the mixing disc, rotates with the mixing disc, and further enhances the mixing effect.

Conveying system:

Feeding system:

Feeding conveyor belt: Transports the material in the feeding hopper to the top of the mixing disc.
Working principle
The raw materials enter the mixing plate through the feed hopper and the feed conveyor. The mixing plate starts to rotate, and the mixing blades and mixing arms fully mix the incoming raw materials to form uniform concrete. The mixed concrete enters the pumping cylinder through the delivery pipe. The hydraulic system drives the piston to reciprocate and pushes the concrete into the distribution valve. The distribution valve distributes the concrete into the delivery pipe and transports it to the designated location through the pipeline.
