Structure
The conveyor belt type concrete batching station typically contains several key systems, including the aggregate/fly ash/cement/additive/water batching system, the mixing system, the conveying system, and the automatic control system.
Working principle
First, operators feed raw materials such as cement, sand, and aggregates into the batching machine according to a certain ratio. After the batching machine completes precise weighing, the proportioned materials are then transported to the concrete mixer via a belt conveyor. Subsequently, the mixer thoroughly mixes the materials, and finally, the concrete is transported to a mixer truck or concrete pump via a belt conveyor or screw conveyor for use in on-site construction operations.

Additionally, the mixing system employs a JS/SICOMA twin‑shaft concrete mixer, ensuring high efficiency and superior mixing quality. The loading height of the aggregate batching machine can also be tailored within a range of 0–5 meters.
The control room is constructed with heat‑resistant materials and is equipped with a Midea or Gree air conditioner. We ensure quick installation and straightforward maintenance, all supported by an 18‑month warranty.
