Structure
A hopper-type concrete mixing plant is mainly equipped with the following systems: a batching system for aggregates, fly ash, cement, admixtures, and water; a mixing system; a conveying system; and an automatic control system. The mixing system specifically uses hoppers to feed the aggregates.
Working principle
First, operators feed raw materials such as cement, sand, and aggregates into the batching machine according to a certain ratio. After the batching machine accurately weighs the materials, it then transports the proportioned materials to the concrete mixer through the hopper. After the mixer thoroughly mixes the materials, the system finally uses a screw conveyor to transfer the concrete to a mixer truck or concrete pump truck for on-site construction.

Furthermore, our mixing system incorporates either a JS/SICOMA twin‑shaft concrete mixer or a planetary mixer, ensuring both high efficiency and superior mixing quality. Additionally, the charging height of the aggregate batching machine can be tailored within a range of 0–5 meters.
The control room is constructed with heat‑resistant materials and is equipped with a Midea or Gree air conditioner. We ensure quick installation and straightforward maintenance.
Each cement silo is specifically designed for efficient transportation, with up to four units fitting in a 40‑HQ container. Every unit comes with an 18‑month warranty. Moreover, we provide comprehensive customization options for the mixer, batching machine, silo, color, and overall layout.
