Configuration of the HZS120 Concrete Batching Plant
The HZS120 concrete batching plant integrates several key systems: batching, mixing, conveying, metering, and electrical control, which work together seamlessly.
1. Mixing Host
At the core of the operation, the plant features a JS2000 double-horizontal shaft forced mixer. This mixer delivers high-quality and efficient mixing with a capacity of 2000 liters, offering the advantages of excellent mixing quality, low energy consumption, and low noise.
2. Batching System
For precise ingredient control, the batching system employs a series of high-accuracy devices. It uses a PLD3200 aggregate batcher (0~3200 kg, ±2%), alongside dedicated scales for cement (0~800 kg, ±1%), water (0-350 kg, ±1%), and admixtures (0-20 kg, ±1%).
3. Conveying System
Ensuring efficient material flow, an 800 mm wide belt conveyor equipped with a sweeper transports aggregates. Simultaneously, a screw conveyor handles cement transfer with a maximum productivity of 80 t/h.
4. Electrical Control System
The plant’s intelligence comes from a PC+PLC control system, which provides a high degree of automation and user-friendly operation. Additionally, it includes a humidity detector interface to monitor sand and gravel moisture in real-time and automatically correct the mix formula.
5. Cement Silo
Supporting continuous production, the setup incorporates four 200-ton cement silos. Each silo is equipped with a dust collector and material level meter to ensure safe and clean storage.
Working principle
The working principle of the HZS120 concrete batching plant follows this efficient sequence:
1. Batching and Metering:
First, the dedicated batching systems accurately meter aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures to ensure precise concrete proportions.
2. Conveying and Loading:
Next, each component is conveyed to the mixer: a belt conveyor feeds aggregates, a screw conveyor transports cement, and a pipeline system injects water and admixtures.
3. Mixing:
Inside the mixer, twin shafts rotate in opposite directions. This action drives the mixing blades to thoroughly blend all materials, guaranteeing uniform concrete.
4. Unloading:
Once mixing is complete, the mixer discharges the concrete through its outlet door. With a discharge height of 4 meters, the concrete can be loaded directly into transport vehicles or equipment.
5. Control and Monitoring:
Throughout the entire process, the electrical control system automatically manages all operations, while the operator can monitor the equipment status in real-time via the control panel.
