Mixing System
Core Mixing Unit:
The system typically employs a JS4500 twin-shaft forced mixer as the main unit, which offers a capacity of 4500 liters. For projects demanding premium performance, high-end models can integrate a SICOMA mixer utilizing Italian technology.
Durability Features:
To ensure longevity, the mixer is built with wear-resistant alloy stirring arms and advanced sealing devices. This design effectively reduces material leakage and significantly extends the equipment’s service life.
Batching System
Reliable Weighing: To ensure accuracy, the system employs a PLD6000 four-grid aggregate batching machine. It achieves a weighing range of 0-6000kg with an accuracy of ±2%.
Precise Powder Handling: For powders like cement and fly ash, independent metering buckets provide an accuracy of ±1%. Furthermore, they incorporate anti-leakage technology for clean operation.
Conveying System
Robust Aggregate Transport: A 1000mm wide belt conveyor moves aggregates over long distances continuously. It is equipped with a cleaner and self-aligning roller, which actively reduce the failure rate.
Efficient Powder Transfer: For powders, a screw conveyor (Φ325/273mm) combined with wind trough sealing technology transfers materials while reducing energy consumption by 40 kW/h.
Control System
Intelligent Automation: The system manages operations via an industrial computer or PLC. It features a dynamic display panel and supports fault diagnosis, remote monitoring, automatic weighing, and alarms.
Eco-Friendly Operation: To maintain a clean site, a pulse back-blowing dust collector and sewage treatment system work together to achieve zero discharge of dust and wastewater.

Ample Cement Storage: For material supply, four independent 200-ton silos provide ample capacity. Each is equipped with an arch-breaking device and dust collector.

Working principle
The workflow of the HZS270 batching plant follows a streamlined, five-stage automated sequence:
1. Batching and Metering:
First, high-precision sensors weigh aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures. This process ensures a ratio error of ≤2% for aggregates and ≤1% for powders and water.
2. Conveying and Loading:
Then, the system transports each component: belt conveyors carry aggregates to the mixing host, screw machines inject powders, and the pipeline system quantitatively adds water and admixtures.
3. Mixing:
During this stage, the twin shafts rotate in opposite directions to force-mix the materials. This method achieves high uniformity within a short mixing time.
4. Discharging:
Once mixed, the mixer discharges the concrete through its outlet door. With a discharge height of 4 meters, the concrete can load directly into transport vehicles or construction equipment.
5. Control and Monitoring:
Throughout the entire process, the control system automatically adjusts production parameters in real time. Furthermore, network-based software enables data sharing and remote diagnostics.
