Product Structure
The main function of the HZS270 batching plant is to complete the precise proportioning, mixing and transportation of aggregates, cement, water and admixtures through an automated system to meet the needs of high-intensity continuous operations.
Mixing system
Host model: Usually JS4500 twin-shaft forced mixer (capacity 4500 liters) is used. Some high-end models can be equipped with SICOMA mixers with Italian technology, equipped with wear-resistant alloy mixing arms and sealing devices to reduce leakage and extend service life.
Drive motor: The power is 2×55kW, equipped with a reducer and automatic oil injection device to ensure efficient operation.
Batching system
Aggregate batching machine: PLD6000 four-grid batching machine, weighing range 0-6000kg, accuracy ±2%.
Powder metering: Cement, fly ash, etc. use independent metering buckets with an accuracy of ±1%, and are equipped with anti-leakage technology.
Conveying system
Aggregate conveying: Belt conveyor with a bandwidth of 1000mm, long transportation distance and continuous operation, equipped with sweepers and self-aligning rollers to reduce the failure rate.
Powder conveying: Screw conveyor (Φ325/273mm) and wind trough sealing technology, reducing energy consumption by 40kW/h.
Control system
Automation control: Adopt industrial computer or PLC system, support dynamic panel display, fault diagnosis and remote monitoring, with automatic weighing, weighing and alarm functions.
Environmental control: Equipped with pulse back-blowing dust collector and sewage treatment system to achieve zero discharge of dust and sewage.
Auxiliary facilities
Cement silo: 4×200 tons independent silo, equipped with arch breaking device and dust collector.
Operation room: integrated air conditioning, industrial computer and printer, supporting data management and real-time monitoring.
Working principle
The workflow of HZS270 batching plant is divided into five stages:
Batching and metering: Aggregates, cement, water and admixtures are weighed by high-precision sensors to ensure that the ratio error is ≤2% (aggregates) and ≤1% (powder, water).
Conveying and loading: Aggregates are transported to the mixing host by belt conveyors, powders are injected by screw machines, and water and admixtures are quantitatively added by the pipeline system.
Mixing: The twin shafts rotate in opposite directions to force the mixing of materials, with short mixing time and high uniformity.
Discharging: The mixed concrete is discharged through the discharge door (discharging height 4 meters) and directly loaded into the transport vehicle or construction equipment.
Control and monitoring: The control system adjusts the production parameters in real time, and realizes data sharing and remote diagnosis through the network version software.
