HZS270 concrete mixing plant is a highly efficient, modularly designed fully automatic concrete production equipment. The theoretical production rate of this equipment is 270 cubic meters per hour. It is widely used in large-scale infrastructure projects, commercial concrete production and prefabricated component manufacturing. Product Structure
HZS270 concrete batching plant completes batching, mixing, conveying and other operations through an automated system.
Mixing system
Main machine model: JS4500 twin-shaft forced mixer (capacity 4500 liters) is usually used. Some high-end models can be equipped with SICOMA mixer with Italian technology. Equipped with wear-resistant alloy stirring arms and sealing devices to reduce leakage and extend service life.
Drive motor: Power is 2×55kW, equipped with a reducer and automatic oil injection device to ensure efficient operation.
Batching system
Aggregate batching machine: PLD6000 four-grid batching machine, weighing range 0-6000kg, accuracy ±2%.
Powder metering: Cement, fly ash, etc. use independent metering buckets with an accuracy of ±1%, and are equipped with anti-leakage technology.
Conveying system
Aggregate conveying: The belt conveyor with a width of 1000mm has a long conveying distance and can run continuously. It is equipped with a cleaner and a self-aligning roller to reduce the failure rate.
Powder conveying: Screw conveyor (Φ325/273mm) and wind trough sealing technology, reducing energy consumption by 40kW/h.
Control system
Automatic control: It adopts industrial computer or PLC system, supports dynamic panel display, fault diagnosis and remote monitoring. It has automatic weighing, weighing and alarm functions.
Environmental control: Equipped with pulse back-blowing dust collector and sewage treatment system to achieve zero discharge of dust and sewage.
Auxiliary facilities
Cement silo: 4×200 tons independent silo, equipped with arch breaking device and dust collector.
Operation room: integrated air conditioning, industrial computer and printer, supporting data management and real-time monitoring.
Working principle
The workflow of HZS270 batching plant is divided into five stages:
Batching and metering: Aggregates, cement, water and admixtures are weighed by high-precision sensors to ensure that the ratio error is ≤2% (aggregates) and ≤1% (powder, water).
Conveying and loading: Aggregates are transported to the mixing host by belt conveyors, powders are injected by screw machines, and water and admixtures are quantitatively added by the pipeline system.
Mixing: The twin shafts rotate in opposite directions to force the mixing of materials, with short mixing time and high uniformity.
Discharging: The mixed concrete is discharged through the discharge door (discharging height 4 meters) and directly loaded into the transport vehicle or construction equipment.
Control and monitoring: The control system adjusts the production parameters in real time, and realizes data sharing and remote diagnosis through the network version software.
