Structure
The HZS60 concrete batching plant is integrated with essential systems including batching, mixing, conveying, metering, and electrical control. Thanks to this comprehensive setup, it is well-suited for medium to large construction sites as well as commercial concrete production plants.
For the mixing host, the plant uses a JS1000 twin-shaft forced mixer with a 37 kW motor and a discharge capacity of 1.0 cubic meter, delivering good mixing quality, low energy consumption, and low noise.
In the batching system, the PLD2400 aggregate batcher handles a weighing range of 3000 kg (±2%). This is complemented by dedicated scales for cement (600 kg, ±1%), water (250 kg, ±1%), and admixture (50 kg, ±2%) to ensure precise proportions.
Regarding the conveying system, a 40-degree corrugated sidewall belt efficiently transports aggregates with a low failure rate and small footprint, while a screw conveyor handles cement at a rated capacity of 35 t/h.
As for the electrical control system, a PC+PLC system provides high automation and easy operation. It also features a humidity detector interface to monitor sand/gravel moisture in real-time and automatically adjust the mix formula.
The supporting systems include a water supply system with a siphon pump for even spraying and an air supply system comprising an air compressor and storage tank to power actuators.
Finally, for storage, two 100-ton cement silos are equipped with dust collectors and level meters to ensure safe and clean operation.
Working principle
The working principle of the HZS60 concrete mixing station follows this sequential process:
1. Batching and Metering:
The cycle begins with precise batching. The plant’s dedicated systems accurately meter aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures to ensure exact concrete proportions.
2. Conveying and Loading:
Then, each component travels to the mixer. A belt conveyor feeds aggregates, a screw conveyor transports cement, and a pipeline system injects water and admixtures.
3. Mixing:
Once loaded, the twin shafts in the mixing unit rotate in opposite directions, driving the blades to thoroughly blend all materials and ensure concrete uniformity.
4. Discharging:
After mixing, the mixer discharges the concrete through its outlet. With a 3.8-meter discharge height, the concrete can load directly into transport vehicles or equipment.
5. Control and Monitoring:
Throughout the entire process, the electrical control system automatically manages all operations, while the operator monitors the status in real-time via the control panel.
