Structure
The HZS90 concrete batching plant integrates five main systems: batching, mixing, conveying, metering, and electrical control.
Mixing Host:
At its core, the plant features a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer as its mixing host. Specifically, this mixer delivers high-quality and efficient concrete mixing, offering a capacity of 1500 liters and thereby providing the benefits of excellent mixing quality, low energy consumption, and low noise.
Batching System:
For precise batching, the system employs several dedicated scales. The PLD2400 aggregate batcher handles a weighing range of 0~2000 kg with ±2% accuracy. Additionally, separate scales for cement (0-800 kg, ±1%), water (0-350 kg, ±1%), and admixtures (0-20 kg, ±1%) ensure proportional accuracy.
Conveying System:
To handle materials, the plant uses an 800 mm wide belt conveyor with a sweeper for aggregates and a screw conveyor for cement to maximize productivity.
Electrical Control System:
At the control center, a PC+PLC system provides high automation and easy operation. It also includes a humidity detector interface to monitor sand/gravel moisture in real-time and automatically adjust the mix formula.
Cement Silo:
Finally, for storage, the plant incorporates two 100-ton cement silos, each equipped with a dust collector and level gauge to ensure safe and clean operation.
Working principle
The working principle of the HZS90 concrete batching plant follows a streamlined, automated sequence:
1. Batching and Metering:
The process begins with the precise batching of all materials. The dedicated weighing systems accurately meter the aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures to ensure exact concrete proportions.
2. Conveying and Loading:
Next, the system transports each component to the mixer. A belt conveyor feeds the aggregates, while a screw conveyor delivers the cement. Simultaneously, the pipeline system injects water and admixtures.
3. Mixing:
Once all materials are loaded, the twin shafts in the mixer rotate in opposite directions. This action drives the mixing blades to thoroughly blend the materials, ensuring complete concrete uniformity.
4. Unloading:
After mixing is complete, the mixer discharges the concrete through its unloading door. With a discharge height of 3.8 meters, the concrete can load directly into transport vehicles or construction equipment.
5. Control and Monitoring:
Throughout the entire process, the electrical control system automatically manages all operations. Meanwhile, the operator can monitor the equipment status in real-time via the control panel.
