The twin-shaft concrete mixing pump is mainly composed of the following parts:
Mixing system:
Mixing drum: used to contain and mix concrete, usually a twin-shaft structure, with a wear-resistant lining inside.
Twin-shaft mixing device: includes two parallel mixing shafts, with mixing blades installed on the shafts, which rotate synchronously through a gear or chain transmission system to ensure uniform mixing of concrete.
Conveying system:
Concrete pump: includes pumping cylinder, piston, distribution valve and other components, driven by a hydraulic system to convey the mixed concrete to the designated location.
Conveying pipeline: used to convey concrete, usually made of high-strength and wear-resistant materials.
Power system:
Engine or motor: provides power, usually a diesel engine or motor.
Hydraulic system: provides power for the pumping system, including hydraulic pumps, hydraulic oil tanks, control valves, etc.

Working principle

Raw materials (cement, sand, gravel, water, etc.) enter the mixing drum through the feeding device. The twin-shaft mixing device starts to rotate, and the mixing blades fully mix the raw materials to form uniform concrete. The mixed concrete is continuously stirred in the mixing drum to ensure its uniformity and fluidity. The mixed concrete enters the pumping cylinder through the delivery pipe. The hydraulic system drives the piston to reciprocate and pushes the concrete into the distribution valve. The distribution valve distributes the concrete into the delivery pipe and transports it to the designated location through the pipe.
