Structure
Mixing Device
The mixer adopts two parallel twin shafts equipped with mixing blades. The blades follow a spiral arrangement, which actively pushes and circulates materials to achieve thorough and uniform concrete mixing.
At the same time, the mixing blades use wear-resistant materials, allowing the mixer to maintain stable performance even after long-term operation.
Power System

Working principle
First, the diesel engine starts and supplies stable power to the mixer. Next, concrete materials enter the mixing chamber through the feed port.
Then, the transmission system transfers power from the diesel engine to the mixing shafts, causing them to rotate continuously. As a result, the mixing blades push the materials toward the center of the shafts while simultaneously applying shearing, extrusion, and flipping actions to achieve thorough and uniform mixing.
Finally, the fully mixed concrete discharges through the outlet and is transported directly to the construction site for use.
