Product Structure
JS1000 twin-shaft concrete mixer is mainly composed of the following core components:
Mixing system
Mixing drum: adopts twin-shaft design, with spiral blades inside to ensure uniform mixing of concrete.
Mixing arm and blades: Made of high-chromium alloy (chromium content ≥ 26%), with strong wear resistance and good mixing homogeneity.
Transmission device:
Reducer: Adopts planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with smooth transmission.
Open gear: drives two mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions at the same speed.
Feeding system
Winching mechanism: driven by brake motor, the hopper is pulled up along the track by wire rope.
Hopper: After lifting to the top of the mixing drum, the door is automatically opened for feeding, equipped with double limit switches to ensure safety.
Unloading system
Hydraulic/pneumatic unloading door: located at the bottom of the mixer, it can unload quickly, and some models support manual emergency operation.
Water supply system
Automatic metering water supply: error ≤2%, and the water volume is adjusted by electronic scale.
Electrical control system
It has short circuit protection, overload protection, and phase failure protection functions to ensure safe operation.
Working principle
JS1000 twin-shaft concrete mixer adopts forced mixing mode:
Feeding stage:
Material (cement, sand, gravel, water) is lifted through the hopper or manually put into the mixing drum.
Mixing stage:
The two mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions, driving the blades to forcefully mix the concrete, forming a comprehensive effect of pushing, rubbing, squeezing, etc. to ensure uniform mixing.
Discharging stage:
After mixing, the hydraulic/pneumatic discharge door opens and the concrete is quickly discharged.
