Structure

The JS1000 twin-shaft concrete mixer mainly consists of the following core systems, which work together to ensure efficient and stable operation.

First, the mixing system plays a key role in concrete uniformity.
The mixing drum adopts a twin-shaft design, and spiral blades are installed inside to continuously agitate the materials, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing.
Meanwhile, the mixing arms and blades are manufactured from high-chromium alloy with a chromium content of no less than 26%, which significantly improves wear resistance while maintaining excellent mixing homogeneity.

Next, the transmission device provides stable and reliable power output.
The reducer uses a planetary cycloidal pinwheel structure, enabling smooth transmission and low noise operation.
At the same time, the open gear mechanism drives the two mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions at the same speed, further enhancing mixing efficiency.

In addition, the feeding system ensures smooth and safe material loading.
The winching mechanism, driven by a brake motor, pulls the hopper upward along the guide track through a wire rope.
Once the hopper reaches the top of the mixing drum, the hopper door opens automatically for feeding. Moreover, double limit switches are installed to guarantee operational safety.

Furthermore, the unloading system enables fast and flexible discharge.
The hydraulic or pneumatic unloading door is located at the bottom of the mixer and allows quick material release. Some models also support manual emergency operation to ensure reliability under special conditions.

The water supply system focuses on precision and consistency.
An automatic metering water supply system controls the water dosage with an error of no more than ±2%, and operators can adjust the water volume accurately through an electronic scale.

Finally, the electrical control system ensures safe and stable operation.
It integrates short-circuit protection, overload protection, and phase-failure protection functions, effectively safeguarding the equipment during long-term use.

Working principle

First, during the feeding stage, the system lifts raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and water into the mixing drum through the hopper. Alternatively, operators can load materials manually according to on-site requirements.

Next, in the mixing stage, the two mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same speed, driving the mixing blades to forcibly stir the materials. As a result, the concrete undergoes a combined action of pushing, rubbing, and squeezing, which ensures thorough and uniform mixing within a short time.

Finally, during the discharging stage, the hydraulic or pneumatic discharge door at the bottom of the mixer opens smoothly, allowing the finished concrete to be discharged quickly and efficiently.
