The JS1000 twin shaft concrete mixer mainly consists of the following core systems, which work together to ensure efficient and stable operation.
First, the mixing system plays a key role in concrete uniformity.
The mixing drum adopts a twin-shaft design, and spiral blades are installed inside to continuously agitate the materials, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing.
Meanwhile, the mixing arms and blades are manufactured from high-chromium alloy with a chromium content of no less than 26%, which significantly improves wear resistance while maintaining excellent mixing homogeneity.
Next, the transmission device provides stable and reliable power output.
The reducer uses a planetary cycloidal pinwheel structure, enabling smooth transmission and low noise operation.
At the same time, the open gear mechanism drives the two mixing shafts to rotate in opposite directions at the same speed, further enhancing mixing efficiency.

The winching mechanism, driven by a brake motor, pulls the hopper upward along the guide track through a wire rope.

Working principle of JS1000 Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer
First, during the feeding stage, the system lifts raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and water into the mixing drum through the hopper. Alternatively, operators can load materials manually according to on-site requirements.
Next, in the mixing stage, the two mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same speed, driving the mixing blades to forcibly stir the materials. As a result, the concrete undergoes a combined action of pushing, rubbing, and squeezing, which ensures thorough and uniform mixing within a short time.
Finally, during the discharging stage, the hydraulic or pneumatic discharge door at the bottom of the mixer opens smoothly, allowing the finished concrete to be discharged quickly and efficiently.
