The JS2000 twin-shaft concrete mixer is a high-performance mixing solution designed for large-scale construction projects, commercial concrete batching plants, and precast component factories.
It adopts twin-shaft forced mixing technology, enabling fast, powerful, and uniform mixing of various concrete types with strength grades ranging from C10 to C80. In particular, the JS2000 performs exceptionally well when mixing dry hard concrete, high-grade concrete, and special concretes such as fiber-reinforced concrete, ensuring stable quality and high production efficiency.

Mixing System
First, the JS2000 adopts a robust twin-shaft structure. Two alloy steel mixing shafts undergo tempering and heat treatment to ensure high strength and durability. In addition, a five-layer shaft-end sealing system effectively prevents leakage and extends service life.
Meanwhile, the mixer uses 32 high-chromium alloy mixing blades, arranged in a 45° spiral layout, which enhances mixing efficiency. When wear occurs, operators can replace each blade individually, reducing maintenance costs.
To further protect the mixer body, the inner cylinder is lined with a 10 mm thick wear-resistant steel plate, significantly improving abrasion resistance.
Transmission System
Next, the transmission system features a reducer from an internationally renowned brand, delivering a transmission efficiency of ≥96%.
At the same time, a hardened synchronous gearbox with accuracy level 6 ensures precise coordination between the two shafts, keeping the synchronization error within ≤0.1° for stable and uniform mixing.
Feeding System
For material feeding, the JS2000 uses a 4.5 m³ aggregate hopper driven by a 15 kW dual-speed motor, achieving a lifting speed of 18 m/min and ensuring continuous material supply.
In addition, users can choose between pneumatic conveying or a Φ300 mm screw conveyor for powder delivery, allowing flexible configuration based on project requirements.
Hydraulic System
Furthermore, the hydraulic system adopts double-cylinder discharge control with Φ125 mm cylinders, enabling fast and stable opening and closing within 8 seconds.
To enhance safety, the system is also equipped with an accumulator emergency pressure release device, ensuring reliable operation under abnormal conditions.
Intelligent Control System
Finally, the JS2000 integrates a Siemens S7-1200 PLC control system, which supports at least 50 sets of mixing recipes for efficient production management.
At the same time, multiple sensors continuously monitor key parameters such as shaft temperature, oil pressure, and motor current, allowing real-time supervision and early fault prevention.

Feeding Stage
First, the system feeds aggregates into the mixer through a conveyor or hopper. At the same time, the metering scale accurately delivers powdered materials, while flow meters precisely control the input of water and admixtures. Together, these processes ensure accurate batching and stable material supply.
Mixing Stage
Next, the two mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions at 24.5 r/min. As the blades move, they generate strong shear forces and drive the materials into a three-dimensional compound motion, enabling rapid, uniform, and high-intensity mixing.
Unloading Stage
Finally, the hydraulic system actuates the discharge door. Within 60 seconds, the mixer efficiently discharges 2,000 liters of concrete, ensuring fast output and smooth production continuity.
