JS2000 twin-shaft concrete mixer is a high-performance mixing equipment designed for large-scale construction projects, commercial concrete mixing plants and prefabricated component plants. This model adopts twin-shaft forced mixing technology, which can efficiently mix various types of concrete (C10-C80 strength grade), especially suitable for mixing dry hard, high-grade and special concrete (such as fiber concrete).

Mixing system
Twin-shaft structure: two alloy steel mixing shafts, tempered and heat treated, with a five-layer sealing system at the shaft end.
Mixing blades: 32 high-chromium alloy blades, arranged in a 45° spiral, can be replaced individually after wear.
Liner protection: The cylinder is lined with a 10mm thick wear-resistant steel plate.
Transmission system
Reducer: Adopt an internationally renowned brand reducer, with a transmission efficiency of ≥96%.
Synchronous gearbox: Hardened gear (accuracy level 6), ensuring that the dual-shaft synchronization error is ≤0.1°.
Feeding system
Aggregate lifting: 4.5m³ hopper with 15kW dual-speed motor, lifting speed 18m/min.
Powder conveying: pneumatic conveying or screw conveyor (Φ300mm) can be selected.
Hydraulic system
Discharging control: double cylinder push (cylinder diameter Φ125mm), opening and closing time ≤8 seconds.
Pressure protection: equipped with accumulator emergency release device.
Intelligent control system
PLC control: Siemens S7-1200 series, supports recipe storage (≥50 groups).

Working principle
The working principle of JS2000 double-shaft concrete mixer is as follows:
Feeding stage:
Aggregates are fed through a conveyor/hopper, powder is transported through a metering scale, and water and admixtures are controlled by a flow meter.
Mixing stage:
Dual shafts rotate in opposite directions (24.5r/min), the blades generate strong shear force, and three-dimensional spatial compound motion is achieved.
Unloading stage:
The hydraulic system pushes the unloading door, and 2000L of concrete is discharged within 60 seconds.
