Structure
The JS1500 twin-shaft concrete mixer features a robust and well-integrated structure designed to deliver high efficiency, durability, and intelligent operation. Its main components work together seamlessly to ensure stable performance and superior mixing quality.
Mixing System
First, the mixer adopts a double horizontal shaft structure equipped with two vacuum-quenched alloy steel shafts, which provide high strength and long service life.
Meanwhile, 48 ultra-high chromium alloy mixing blades use a three-dimensional curved design to enhance material circulation and reduce wear to ≤0.1 g per 100 cycles.
In addition, the lining system combines a 15 mm NM400 wear-resistant steel plate with replaceable ceramic liners, significantly improving abrasion resistance and reducing maintenance costs.
Transmission System
Next, the transmission system uses an SEW double output shaft reducer, ensuring stable torque output and smooth power transmission.
At the same time, a synchronous mechanism consisting of hardened precision gears (accuracy level 5) and a laser centering system guarantees precise shaft synchronization and low vibration during operation.
Feeding System
To improve feeding efficiency, the mixer employs a 6 m³ aggregate hopper driven by dual motors (2 × 11 kW), achieving a lifting speed of 20 m/min.
Furthermore, the powder conveying system utilizes a Φ400 mm double screw conveyor, enabling continuous and reliable material delivery.
Hydraulic System
For enhanced safety, the hydraulic system integrates a dual-circuit hydraulic lock along with a mechanical emergency manual pump, allowing operators to respond quickly in case of power failure.
Intelligent Control System

Working principle
Working Principle of the JS1500 Twin-Shaft Concrete Mixer
The JS1500 twin-shaft concrete mixer operates based on two horizontal mixing shafts that rotate at the same speed but in opposite directions. This counter-rotating design creates extremely high mixing intensity and ensures efficient material movement.
First, the two shafts are arranged parallel to each other and rotate toward the center of the mixing drum. As they operate, they generate strong interaction forces that continuously agitate the materials.
Next, each mixing shaft is equipped with six high-strength mixing blades. As the shafts rotate, these blades drive the materials to move along intersecting spiral paths. During this process, the concrete components repeatedly cut, shear, and interlock with each other.
As a result, the mixer simultaneously forms horizontal vortices and vertical reverse-flow movements inside the mixing chamber. This three-dimensional mixing action eliminates dead zones, accelerates material circulation, and enables fast and uniform mixing.
Through this powerful and continuous motion, the JS1500 mixer achieves high-efficiency, high-uniformity concrete mixing, meeting the requirements of large-scale and high-quality concrete production.
