JS3000 twin-shaft concrete mixer is the largest commercial concrete mixing equipment currently available, designed for ultra-large infrastructure projects, commercial concrete mixing plants and special concrete production. It can be used as the core host of the HZS180 mixing plant, and is particularly suitable for ultra-large projects with strict requirements on concrete quality, such as high-speed railways, nuclear power plants, and cross-sea bridges.

JS1500 twin-shaft concrete mixer consists of the following main parts:
Mixing system
Double horizontal shaft structure: two alloy steel mixing shafts, vacuum quenched.
Mixing blades: 48 ultra-high chromium alloy blades, with three-dimensional curved surface design, wear ≤0.1g/100 cycles.
Lining system: 15mm thick NM400 wear-resistant steel plate + replaceable ceramic liner.
Transmission system
Reducer: SEW double output shaft reducer.
Synchronous mechanism: hardened gear (accuracy level 5) + laser centering system.
Feeding system
Aggregate lifting: 6m³ hopper with dual motor drive (2×11kW), lifting speed 20m/min.
Powder conveying: Φ400mm double screw conveyor.

Working principle
The working principle of JS1500 double-shaft concrete mixer is as follows:
The working principle of the twin-shaft mixer mainly relies on two mixing shafts rotating at the same speed in opposite directions. The two shafts are arranged horizontally and each performs circular motion towards each other. This design makes the mixing intensity of the mixer very high. Through the interaction formed by the two shafts, the materials are strongly stirred during the mixing process. Each mixing shaft is equipped with six mixing blades, which move in the mixing tank as the two mixing shafts rotate, driving the mixture to “cut each other” and move alternately along a spiral trajectory. This combination of movement produces horizontal vortex and vertical reverse flow stirring, allowing the materials to be mixed quickly and strongly.
