Structure
The JS500 concrete mixer consists of several core systems that work together to ensure efficient, stable, and reliable concrete production.
Mixing System
First, the mixer adopts a double horizontal shaft mixing drum. Inside the drum, spiral mixing blades continuously stir materials, ensuring fast and uniform concrete mixing.
At the same time, the mixing arms and blades, manufactured through a special casting process, offer excellent wear resistance and achieve high mixing homogeneity.
Transmission System
Next, the transmission system uses a self-developed reducer with strong overload resistance, which guarantees smooth and stable power transmission.

Feeding System

Working principle
The JS500 concrete mixer adopts a forced mixing mode, and its working process is as follows:
Feeding Stage
First, the hopper lifts cement, sand, gravel, and water into the mixing drum, or operators can feed materials manually as required.
Mixing Stage
Next, the two horizontal mixing shafts rotate in opposite directions. The blades then forcibly shear, push, and blend the materials, ensuring fast and uniform concrete mixing.
Discharging Stage
Finally, once mixing is complete, the bottom discharge door opens automatically, allowing the concrete to be released quickly and efficiently.
