JS750 double-shaft forced concrete mixer consists of the following main parts:

Working principle
The working principle of JS750 double-shaft concrete mixer is as follows:
Raw material input: Cement, sand and gravel and other concrete raw materials are first put into the mixer through the feed port, and there is usually an automatic lifting device to transport the raw materials from the ground to the mixing drum.
Mixing process: After the motor is started, it drives the reducer to rotate, and the reducer transmits power to the double mixing shaft, and the mixing blades on the mixing shaft begin to rotate at high speed. The role of the forced mixing system makes the raw materials constantly flip and collide in the mixing drum to ensure that the concrete is fully mixed.
