Structure
Mixing System
First, the mixer adopts an advanced planetary mixing mechanism. The mixing arms revolve around the central axis while rotating at high speed, creating a continuous three-dimensional motion that eliminates dead zones and ensures thorough mixing. In addition, the mixing blades, made of high-chromium alloy, provide excellent wear resistance and feature a replaceable design for extended service life. Meanwhile, the side scraper arms actively prevent concrete from adhering to the drum wall, further improving mixing uniformity.
Transmission System
Next, the mixer uses a high-efficiency planetary reducer, which delivers stable power transmission and long service life. At the same time, three 22 kW motors operate in parallel, generating strong torque output and ensuring smooth, reliable operation under heavy loads.
Discharging Mechanism
For efficient unloading, the mixer employs a hydraulic or pneumatic control system. The fan-shaped discharge door opens and closes precisely, assisted by three proximity switches that accurately monitor its position. Moreover, an emergency manual pump allows operators to open the discharge door during power outages, effectively preventing concrete solidification.
Water Supply System
Finally, the mixer features an annular water spray system that delivers uniform water distribution with an error of ≤ 2%. At the same time, this system helps clean the mixing arms during operation, improving efficiency and simplifying maintenance.
Working principle
Feeding Stage
First, the system conveys aggregates, cement, water, and other materials into the mixing drum through a lifting hopper or belt conveyor, ensuring smooth and continuous material supply.
Mixing Stage
Next, the mixer initiates planetary motion. The mixing arms revolve around the central axis while rotating simultaneously, forming a three-dimensional compound movement. As a result, the materials are fully sheared, squeezed, and tumbled, achieving fast and uniform mixing.
Discharging Stage
Finally, the hydraulically driven fan-shaped discharge door opens rapidly (within ≤ 5 seconds), allowing the concrete to discharge smoothly and evenly, which improves overall production efficiency.
