Mixing system
Planetary mixing mechanism:
Revolution + rotation: The mixing arm revolves around the central axis and rotates at high speed to achieve mixing without dead angles.
Mixing blades: Made of high chromium alloy, with strong wear resistance and replaceable design.
Side scraper arm: Prevents concrete from adhering to the cylinder wall and ensures mixing uniformity.
Transmission system
Planetary reducer: Adopts special reducer with high transmission efficiency and long life.
Motor drive: 3 30kW motors are driven in parallel to ensure high torque output.
Discharging mechanism
Hydraulic/pneumatic control:
Adopts fan-shaped discharging door, equipped with 3 proximity switches to accurately control the switch state.
Emergency manual pump: The discharging door can be opened manually when the power is off to prevent the concrete from solidifying.
Water supply system
Annular water spray device: Uniform water supply, error ≤2%, and can also clean the mixing arm.
Working principle
The working principle of JN2000 planetary concrete mixer is as follows:
Feeding stage:
Aggregates, cement, water, etc. are transported into the mixing drum through a lifting hopper or a belt.
Mixing stage:
Planetary motion: the mixing arm revolves and rotates to form a three-dimensional compound motion, which allows the material to be fully sheared, squeezed, and rolled.
Discharging stage:
The hydraulically driven fan-shaped door opens quickly (≤5 seconds) and the concrete is discharged evenly.
