Mixing Blades

Side Scraper Arms
The side scraper arms continuously clean the inner wall of the mixing drum, preventing concrete from adhering to the cylinder wall and further enhancing mixing uniformity.
Transmission System

Emergency Manual Pump
In the event of a power outage, the emergency manual pump allows operators to open the discharge door manually, preventing concrete from solidifying inside the mixer.
Water Supply System
Annular Water Spray Device
The annular water spraying system ensures uniform water distribution with an error of no more than ±2%. At the same time, it effectively cleans the mixing arms, further improving mixing quality and reducing material buildup.

The JN2000 planetary concrete mixer operates through a highly efficient planetary mixing process, which ensures thorough mixing and stable concrete quality. The working procedure mainly includes the following stages:
Feeding Stage
First, the feeding system transports aggregates, cement, water, and other materials into the mixing drum via a lifting hopper or belt conveyor. This controlled feeding process ensures accurate material input and prepares the mixer for uniform mixing.
Mixing Stage
Once the mixer starts, the planetary mixing mechanism generates a three-dimensional compound motion. The mixing arms simultaneously revolve around the central axis and rotate at high speed, subjecting the materials to continuous shearing, squeezing, and rolling actions. As a result, the mixer achieves rapid, uniform mixing without dead zones, even for high-performance and complex concrete formulations.
Discharging Stage
After the mixing cycle is completed, the hydraulic system activates the fan-shaped discharge door. The door opens quickly—within 5 seconds or less—allowing the concrete to discharge evenly and efficiently, ensuring smooth downstream handling and uninterrupted production.
