Product Structure
Wet concrete batching plant mainly consists of the following parts:
Raw material storage system:
Cement silo: used to store cement, usually vertical or horizontal structure.
Aggregate silo: used to store aggregates such as sand and stone, usually a combination of multiple silos.
Fly ash silo (optional): used to store admixtures such as fly ash.
Batching system:

Dust removal equipment: Used to collect dust generated during the production process to reduce environmental pollution.
Sewage treatment equipment: Treats wastewater generated during the mixing process to ensure that the discharge meets environmental protection standards.
Working principle
Cement, aggregates, fly ash and other raw materials are accurately weighed by electronic scales according to the preset ratio and transported to the mixer through a conveyor belt. A precisely controlled amount of water is added to the mixer, and various raw materials are fully mixed in a powerful mixer to form a uniform wet mixed concrete. The mixed concrete is output to the transport vehicle or construction site through a conveying device.
