Working principle of stationary stabilized soil mixing plant
The feeding equipment puts the pre-selected cement, crushed sand and gravel, soil and other materials into the aggregate bin of the batching machine. The electronic belt scale measures the aggregate, which is then sent to the aggregate conveyor below. The powder distribution system conveys the powder through a spiral path, and all kinds of materials are sent to the mixer together for uniform mixing. When the dump truck reaches the bottom of the predetermined discharge port, the solenoid valve is controlled to open the hopper door and start unloading.
