Each shaft carries six mixing blades that move inside the mixing tank as the shafts rotate. As a result, the blades actively push the materials to interact and “cut” through each other while moving alternately along a spiral path.
Moreover, this combined motion generates both horizontal vortex mixing and vertical reverse-flow stirring. Consequently, the mixer achieves fast, intensive, and highly uniform material blending.

Casing: The supporting part of the entire equipment, usually welded from channel steel.
Stirring device: It includes a stirring drum, a stirring shaft and a stirring blade. The stirring blade is fixed on the stirring arm and integrated with the stirring shaft to form two groups of 8 stirring blades with opposite spiral directions but the same lead and spiral angle.
Transmission device: It consists of a reduction motor and a coupling, which makes the stirring shaft rotate in one direction.
Discharging device: It adopts hydraulic method and consists of a pump, a distributor, a cylinder, a fuel tank, etc.
Electrical control system: It has buttons and switches such as start, jog, stop, timing, unloading, and reset.
