Working process of Twin shaft Concrete Mixers
The working principle of the twin-shaft mixer is mainly to form a counter-rotation between the two shafts, so that the materials are subjected to strong stirring during the mixing process.
Each mixing shaft is equipped with six mixing blades, which move in the mixing tank as the two mixing shafts rotate, driving the mixture to “cut each other” and move alternately along a spiral trajectory.
This combination of movement produces horizontal vortex and vertical reverse flow stirring, allowing the materials to be mixed quickly and strongly.

The concrete twin-shaft forced mixer is mainly composed of the casing, screw shaft assembly, drive device, piping, cover plate, chain cover and other parts.
Casing: The supporting part of the entire equipment, usually welded from channel steel.
Stirring device: It includes a stirring drum, a stirring shaft and a stirring blade. The stirring blade is fixed on the stirring arm and integrated with the stirring shaft to form two groups of 8 stirring blades with opposite spiral directions but the same lead and spiral angle.
Transmission device: It consists of a reduction motor and a coupling, which makes the stirring shaft rotate in one direction.
Discharging device: It adopts hydraulic method and consists of a pump, a distributor, a cylinder, a fuel tank, etc.
Electrical control system: It has buttons and switches such as start, jog, stop, timing, unloading, and reset.
